As General Manager at Spero Partners, LLC, Renee oversees all administrative functions and plays a pivotal role in the company’s success. With a wealth of experience and leadership skills, Renee has been instrumental in steering the organization through its various administrative responsibilities since 2009.

Before joining Spero Partners, Renee volunteered at S.H.A.R.E., Inc., a non-profit homeschool support group, for nine years. She started as an administrator and later became President, dedicating her time and expertise to enhance the homeschooling experience for families in her community.

From 1988 to 2008, Renee focused on raising her two daughters, including homeschooling them, which highlighted her nurturing abilities and passion for education.

Earlier in her career, from 1982 to 1988, Renee served as the Administrative Vice President at Chickering Associates in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she demonstrated exceptional administrative leadership and contributed significantly to the organization’s success.
